4. Return Pickup or Self-Shipping

After approval of the return request, the product can be returned using one of the following methods:

1. Reverse Pickup

If reverse pickup service is available in your location, our delivery partner will arrange a pickup from your address.

  • The pickup will be scheduled within 3–5 business days

  • Please ensure the product is properly packed

2. Self-Shipping

If reverse pickup is not available in your location, you may need to ship the product to our return address.
